This book is about a little girl finding her love for the ocean. She explores the idea of following a path into marine science.

Aliyah Griffith is a first tike author and marine scientist. She has gained the opportunity to travel the world and find her love of marine science. She now hopes other black and brown kids and do the same.

Some of the proceeds of this book will go to  MahoganyMermaids. This organization uplifts and promotes children of color, specifically black, to get involved in the aquatic sciences.
